ADMINISTRATIVE/RECEPTION JOB OPENING

We are looking for a hard working individual to become a part of our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail, be able to work with or without supervision, ability to work well with others, have strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in an administrative environment or a former reception position is a plus. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Computer/Microsoft Office efficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) 1+ years of experience Strong organization and time management skills Ability to work with or without supervision High School Diploma or GED Job description: Greet and register all visitors. Answer telephone, redirect calls, take messages and assist customers. Process and keep reports up to date Aid the Billing, Accounting and Human Resources Department Process payments And other tasks as required.
